NOVA Visits Center for Discovery & Monte Nido

Our owner, Maggie Stenson, MCN, RD, LD, CEDS-C, recently had the pleasure of visiting two local eating disorder treatment centers to learn more about the incredible care they provide to adolescents and adults in the Northern Virginia area.

First, Maggie visited Center for Discovery’s (CFD) adolescent residential facility in Fairfax, VA. CFD offers residential, PHP, and IOP services for adolescents and adults across Virginia, with locations throughout the country.

She also visited Monte Nido’s outpatient facility in Tysons Corner, which provides PHP and IOP services for adolescents and adults. Monte Nido also has a residential facility for adolescents in Fairfax, VA.

Building relationships and collaborating with exceptional local treatment programs like CFD and Monte Nido is such an important part of providing comprehensive care. As outpatient providers, these connections allow us to better support our clients as they transition between levels of care and ensure they have access to the resources and support they need throughout their recovery journey.
